Two observations: (1)Why do they always give bomb weights in pounds and kilograms? It's "our" war and we don't use no stinking metric system.(2) Why do news accounts alway tack on extraneous "let's put this in perspective" copy: "Since late April, more than 1,000 Iraqis and 120 U.S. troops have died in rebel attacks. That may help explain a declining approval rating for President Bush at home." Ya think?
